what coilovers do you recommend for a nove 2l 16v thanks :confused:

I run AVO's on 300lb springs on the front. You might find them a tad harsh on british roads though.

I run AVO's 300lb front springs and 200lb rears. However you may want 150lb rears to start with.

You dont have to use coilovers.

Big Bilstein Yellow Cup dampers & springs to suit the engine & ride height will be just as good.

OK not as adjustable as coil's but going from feedback on here, not as susceptable to failing.

LEDA have folded (Ive heard), AVOs, GAZ, FK, KW, SPAX, KONI & lots more available.

Theres loads in the new Demon Tweeks catalogue I got the other day.

YOu wont get any Leda's any more because i believe they recently went bust.

If you can get the funds, nothing compares to a Bilstein pss kit
