Rotten Luck!!

Picked up my xe less than a month ago and since then this has gone wrong
1. Gearbox went replaced for ?150:cry:
2. HeadGasket or maybe worse at porus head unknow price to fix! :cry:
3. Rad has a whole in so leaks oily water eveywhere i park till it cools down!:cry:
4.Alternator rubs on the side of the chassie when conering at any sorta speed!:cry:

Paid ?1700 for the car and wished i'd serched around abit more and found a minter 1!!
but there is light at the end of the tunnel i did drive the car running sweet and i've left some people rather red faced!!

Looking forward to gettin her fix and bk running gd!

Try to get hold of another engine mate, probably wont be mush more than fixing it. sounds like a lemon!

And while its out, fix the chassis leg!

yeah as said prob cheaper to get a new lump ?200 , or a head atleast ?50 ,

then just get a rad ?60 for a new one , as for chasiss leg when the head is off just find a big lump hammer :thumb:
