How much trouble would it be to fit a 1.6 block and head to a 1.3sr?
Would it be hard for a mechanic to put the 1.6 bits in and re-connect the 1.3sr carb etc back to it?
The reason for me doing this is so I can put the 1.3 rocker cover back on (so it looks standard to the eye...say no more?) and also so that I can leave the F10 1.3 gearbox on. (it should fuckin fly because of the lower gearing) Will I be able still use the 1.3 gear box? I know it wont last as long cos it?s not meant for a 1.6, but will it fit?
Any help or advice would be appreciated?cheers lads?

PS. I?ve noticed over the last couple of weeks more and more people are replying to messages on the forum with this type of answer: ?1.3?s are well slow, my 1.4 would kick your arse?.? Bla bla bla?why? We are all Nova addicts and we should all help each other out...not slag each others motors off?if your gonna slag anyone off?slag the Blue Oval boys or Maestro owners...not people who share the same interests as you...sort it out lads?
