just rub them down when it gets re-sprayed , its only very slight surface rust and TBH as soon as i took that pic i went and rubbed them down and painted them , so there spot on agaon now :thumb:

kool mines will be getting rubbed down and painted as well -- but there is more surface rust on mines than on yours..

F*ck me you could have them sorted in 30 mins !!
Get the grinder out & grind off all the loose rust, treat it with summet like Ku-Rust then stick some Hammerite on them, it'll stop them getting any worse (for a while).

Get them sorted now and avoid fitting new arches in future. Dont get half a job tho. Make sure its done proper and get it wax oiled aswell.

blimey! that looks BAD Riggy! I'd stop driving her if I was you!

lol

My advice - get a can of under body sealer and pump half of it down the inside of your arches from the inside of the car (befind the 1/4 panel trim) so it dows right down into the panel joins and down the bottom of the car behind the side skirts (from the inside) - if that makes sense. that way no water can penetrate. Then from the outside clean every little last bit of salt and dirt from the lip of the arch - scrubbing brish and hot soapy water and then once fully dried (use a hairdryer!) seam seal the edge and them layer on sometning like tiger seal or similar - the stuff they use to bond body kits with as well as in the boating industry - its amazing stuff - very hard wearing and will lock those ruddy edges once and for all - its black - but thats not a problem because you can blend it into your inner arches!
