Me and my bro are thinking of track daying a Nova, my mate is selling one cheap, we weren't sure wether they were any rules and regulations we had to go by, and wether they changed between tracks?
jsut noise limts really...
the rest of the "rules" are fairly global.
look at Dans trackday guide on the PVG site

Any mroe rules, MOT, cage etc etc............ Bit of help, BT, Dar?
Various tracks / events will reveal different rules regarding what you need, but 90% of the time you only need a licence and a road worthy vehicle. MOT's and Tax arnt needed, but at the same time, you have to be intelligent about it, you dont want to rag round a circuit in a car thats about to fall to bits lol.
Track insurance is also not compulsory! Just a good helmet is needed (or a cheap one if your head is cheap).

Do It!
it's a right laugh.I built my first out right track car last year then ended up selling my tidy 2ltr xe road car to fund my habit as it is very addictive.
Do it you wont look back.
