what is the point in tuning a 1.8 to that amount for if you can get a astra gte or gsi engine in with the rought same amount of power and more tuning potential sorry if im wrong

Find out who carried out the head/engine work.
Has he got receipts for new components/work carried out?
Can he supply you with technical details?, type of cams/pistons, cam lift and duration figures,valve sizes.
If he can't answer any of this, don't bother.
