urgent - c20let fuel pipes

hi chaps, got the turbo lump spinning over but its not firing. i was just wondering which side of the fuel rail is in and which is out?

also, on the petrol pipes on the nova, which is flow? drivers side etc...

really want to get it running today as i've taken a couple of days off to do it.

You want the inlet feed to the fuel rail to go into the side without the fuel pessure regulator and the return to go from the side with the f/p/r.
