i fought my caliper woz hittin my wheel so i buggered bout wiv it all day n found out it woz both god dam couter cv joints plus i need a bloody steerin rack! slag! duz ne 1 know if those quick racks r n e good n how much? reckon the garage will want a least 150 4 all this work as the weathers goin down hill this week so fcuk doin it myself on the drive stylee! or duz n e 1 in the southampton area wanna do it 4 sum wedge?!!! :D

i replaced my steering rack with a recon one and that cost me about ?85 and im sure that was trade price or sumthing

your probably looking at more than ?150 mate

there is 1 nut on the rack that the gearbox covers and its a pain to get out (i had to borrow one ov them crappy ratchet spanners, yes they do have a use!)

p.s. my ratchet spanners are ace and they have life time warrenty

thats what i thought but isnt the ?80 for a qwick rack kit? and not the full rack?

but i rember the tetail price on my rack was a lot more then what i payed for it, becuase my mate was getting greif of his boss for ordering it in

Quick racks are around ?100 from TAS compelete or about ?78 for the kit
