How low are the Courtenay XE springs?

about 35mm its looks standard height to be honest but its good i used the bilstein shocks with the kit as well

Not very low tbh. We cut 3 coils out of my mates ones.

Not developed for track use really, good ride on the road but a tad woolly for hard usage.
