ello ma name is mike ive just got a calibra with a 2.0 redtop init and i am gonna take the engine out and put it in a nova but i am confused by what ppl ave bin telling me what i need for the conversion and what ive gotta take off the calibra. i no that ya gotta get mounts and drive shafts but some ppl told me ya dont ave to ya can modify the drive shafts and mounts and im not to sure what i need of the calibra, cheers mike if ya can write me a list and stuff coz im well confused lol :)

Why not spam it, ive tried 3 times to work out what the post is about, but its either in Klingon or Satsumer, and i dont speak either!
For a C20Xe conversion you will need.
1)Shafts, either the 22 spline jobbies or just get some custom ones.
2)Decent engine mounts, you really don't need them but you really do want them. ?150
3)The engine & box
4)Get a XE mount kit from Chris Ashley. This contains the modifyed lefthand side mount & the gearbox mounting bits.
5)The engine loom and ECU
In a nutshell thats about it. Keep the Cav shifter just incase you want to have an internal shifter later on.

No, im fluent in english, hence how i can type using all the letters required in each word, much like your good self.

Not out of me mate. Just seems like its the wrong way to go about moving a decent site forward, thats all. Especially, with a new member on his first post. The guy asked for some help, not sarcastic comments. It just doesnt give out a good message to potential users in my opinion, and certainly not the correct way to better the site and increase the numbers. Purely my opinion of course. :thumb:
