lookin to be paying ?150 minimum, depends on the place that does it, some places can do them quicker thus geting the labour price down, but you dont want a cheap job doing!

being a 16valve it'll be more anyway. ?500 from a reputable head specialist.

Depends on what you want to achieve, there's no point in flowing the head and keeping std cams.
Are you racing/track days?

I just got a quote for modding a x16xe head to fast road speck from Cylinder Head Developments. Head work - ?390. A set of kent cams - ?190(exchange). So your looking at about 600 quid for a +35bhp head.
