Gauging interest.. Nova GSI

Right the time has come to sell my beloved Nova GSI. The car has been in dry storage for several months (has been started and run regulary) as i was planning to drop an XE into it but i just have not had the time. The car has run out of tax and mot whilst being in storage but i am positive it will go through an mot with no problems.. im planning to do this within the next 2 weeks.

Anyways..

Nova GSI in Silk Violet, K Reg, 118k
Polished 16" Softstars with Pirelli Drago tyres all round
Lowered 60mm on PI springs
Powerflow stainless exhaust from cat
Ram Air induction
Momo Race wheel
Toad Ai606 alarm

Had top end overhaul at 116k
- New gasket set
- New stem seals
- New cam belt
- New water pump
- New alternator
- New alternator belt

The car starts and drives very well and its very reliable.The car has had no welding in the usual places.. this is not your usual rust bucket. There is some slight bubbling on the passenger rear arch and drivers front wing and a couple of scabs on the bottom of the doors but this is only minor and can easily be sorted with a little time and effort.These are becoming hard to find now in this condition (took me a while to find this one).

These last pictures dont do the car justice i took them in a dark workshop earlier on today. The car needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. I have the sideskirt i just need to get hold of some clips from vauxhall as the stopper has broke on a couple of them so they do not work correctly.

not bad, that door doesnt look to good, has the rust gone through to the inside yet do you know, and do you have the rest of the side skirt?

just looking at the pics of the back arch, the back wheel looks like its turned out a bit on the passenger side and turned in on the drivers side in the pic of the tail light, are they offline? or is it just the way the pics were taken?

No its just surface rust looks a lot worse than it is in those pics. Yes i do have the sideskirt.

Car is MOTd!

Work that it needed:

1. Front headlights too high
2. Outer CV Boot had slipped off and needed re-fitting with cable tie
3. Small area of welding - underneath floor pan on nearside on chassis rail(the car had been jacked incorrectly and punctured a small hole in the rail) This was welded and sealed.

Note: rear tyres are on limit so will need replacing soon.
