Are there 1.5 straight deisels as well as turbo ones or are they all turbo???

both, the non turbo is very sloooow!!!
the turbo is pretty fast considering its a deisel, been in 1, takes ages get used to it!

1.5td is quicker than 1.4sr and sounds mean with a cone filter fitted

fit a bleed valve and whack the boost up :D

u need to disable the default 1 bar blow off valve cause if the boost passes 1 bar it just dumps

yeah i spoke to louise riddly about this, aperntly its in the standerd airbox or sumthing and u need to get a hole welded up.

i cant rember what she said now, i was looking for the overboost on the veccy and i cant find it, although the haynes rekons if the boost is increased to much then it flashes a warning light on the dash.

the 1.5 and 1.7 engines are basicaly the same so once i crack mine ill post up the details

Who makes cone filters for the TD, i want one but have never seen any

just measure the size of the pipe going to the turbo and go to demon tweeks or most tuning shops and they will match one for you
