dose this put any stress on the engine will i need to change internals

What sort of internals are you thinking of?

either way, from a stress side of things the answer is no.

However to get the most from the porting, a high lift cam would be a good idea, along with moddified inlet and exaust systems (no point in letting more air/fuel though the system if you cant get it in and out as fast).
If you plan on increasing the load on the engine (ie reving it to a higher level) then arp bolts would be a wise investment, as would a gving it a good rebuild/service with genuine parts (head gasket, piston rings etc)

well its got kent cam 4 branch full system fse and k&n but been told and advised a good port and polish will do the trick its due it 6 month service so i will get them arp bolts and in the last service i did head gasket and timing belt any other things i should do

can you do any mods to the inlet

didnt think the headgasket was a service part lol......

What engine is it? if it's sri or gte/gsi the ports are good enough as they are.
