Electric window problem

My drivers side electric window has stoped working on my SRI and i was wondering how much a new loom for that door would be? as i thinh a wire is knackered. Thanks for any help. Rick Draper

if a wire is knacked - replace it
it would be a pain in the arse to re-wire a new loom in

or do you mean the motor?

no there is a clip in the loom just before the door that the electric windows and central locking are connected to, it is just before the gromit on the shell side not the door side. Sorry if this sounds complicated

i'd consider looking at the loom to see any obvious brakes /blown fuses and anything else you can think of
a scrapy job for the loom may be the chaepest but rare as f**k cos they fly out.
