depends on whos doing it and past exsperiance (sp) with early 90s vauxhalls
its no more difficult than an xe if anything i would have said it was easyer but thats just me others may find it hard but that said i have done alot of conversions and messing around with novas

make sure though u get an early gsi engine the c16xe not the x16xe otherwise you will need 2 mess around with key code imobilisers ect and that can be a pain if you havent got the keys for the car that the engine came from plus imo the c16xe is a much better and much more tunable engine if you can keep a head gasket on one!

AFAIK It'll sit on the same mounts and you don't need to bash / cut anything to get it to fit. Easier than an C20XE to fit. IIRC You'll need the fuel tank as well as the pump. Also ditch the std inlet manifold they were designed with an unnecessarily long amount of pipework, it'll free up quite a few bhp.

Use nova shafts and mounts.

Corsa tank wont fit.

Exhaust will need cutting/welding to join nova system.
And alternator will need a single v pulley fitting, bottom pully wants changing to single v too.
Unless you have Solid mounts.

y how come corsa alternator wont do, how much would a set o throttle bodies cost for one

TBs with management=about ?1500/?200
Bike tbs are less tho.

The corsa alternator will do, but it needs a single v pully fitting to stop it hitting the chassis leg when cornering etc.

how do the bike tbs work,

Same as "proper" tb's.
Still quite costly tho, as you'll need a custom inlet manifold, linkage etc.

you will need to make an alternator adjuster brkt or source one from a non-PAS equipped 16v smallblock engine.

You can get the fuel hoses with the bolt on unions to fit the fuel rail from a V6 omega (lots in breakers yards).

Wiring is fairly straightforward.

You will need the curly top rad hose from the Corsa. (rest of Nova hoses fit)
