well i finally found a reasonable nova gte to start my track project with :D

stripped the interior only to find some rather bad tin worm hiding under the drivers foot well and the passenger rear foot well!!!:doh: :doh: , so welded all that up, removed all the nasty sound deadening:rolleyes: ready for paint!!

the plan!!!

6 point fia cage
fia cobra buckets
fia 6 point harness
sparco steering wheel and boss
fire extinguisher
fia battery box to move the battery to the rear foot well
floor plates
powerflex bushes
spax rsx coilovers
front and rear strut braces
flocked dash

all ordered this evening:D :D :D

then ill start playing with the e16se as i want to keep it rather than go the 16v xe route like everybody else seems to,

well here is the pics of work done so far!!

all carpet, rear seats,sound deadening foam and the nasty black stuff and parcel shelf removed!!

welded the 2 small holes in the floor

FFS, you could have probalby taken my nova shell away nearly FOC and had cage etc lol... never mind.

car looks clean enough (down to amber indicators).

Rust is pretty minor.
