Can any1 recommend a decent plug as i got sum bosch super 4's in at the mo and bout time i change um. I thought they wereabit ver rated but were ok plugs. Ive heard nkg are the best wat model ngk plug should i get. Bearing in mind my 1.4 sr is quite heavly modded, so i need decent plug that wat keep fookin up, and will giv me a clean burn cheers.

wat make of ngk though cause i know they got diff types i got told the v-groove one but they sounded quite cheap bout ?1.37 or somin like that, i also heard there only for unleaded cars, i run lrp. Member they must be able to work well under presure:D

NGK V-groove are good value for money and do the job as well as any other plug, so thats what I've used, but I'm gonna switch to Champion racing plugs as they are colder and don't hold too much heat. With highly tuned engines the plugs can get too hot and ignite the fuel b4 they spark which isn't good.

**Why take 16V's onto the track when u can use 8?**
