Please done put that 1.8 in.

(I know you will) lol

Its a big heavy, low powered piece of scrap.

Better off with virtually ANY Nova engine over a 1.2 for similar performance!

Big block, so it will need the same treatment as an XE!

mikeoxford
10-01-08, 02:32 AM
be sure to weld the rear brackets in for them seats if you dont have them already! you dont want missiles launching through the car if the worst happened. pop rivet some in at worst. be careful of the petrol tank and wires when doing either. otherwise nice project! as said you may find the 1.8 a little unspritely

johnny_turbo
10-01-08, 02:32 AM
no up date as yet due to having passing my theory and getting ready for my test on monday so i had to buy this as my silver one might not be on the road in time. sorry about the pic it was took on my mates phone. i will get some better ones later on today after ive finished lowering and puting alloys on.

10-01-08, 12:16 PM
wahahahaha the 1.8's in those cavvys are awful!

An SR would be almost as quick I reckon.

dont forget to declare an engine swap on your insurance

and any other mods too

itll cost you for your first car!
