wee update..........
Well the welder said that the shell will be ready by tomorrow, turned out it was worse than we thought, so its taken longer than expected but to my delight its finally done :D :D
so bearing that in mind i started work on some part for the re-build
stripped the gte fuel tank and rust proofed the parts needed and painted it
http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s3/novalovingned/S5030228.jpg
the fuel filler spout was in very good order so also stripped all the crap pf that and painted it
http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s3/novalovingned/S5030227.jpg
we also dug out the rear beam and after hours of stripping and grinding it was also ready to be painted
http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s3/novalovingned/S5030224.jpg
http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s3/novalovingned/S5030223.jpg
last of all the calipers were also stripped of excess paint etc and painted
http://i148.photobucket.com/albums/s3/novalovingned/S5030221.jpg
