i tryed that but took ages. take it to a workshop they done mine for a tenner and took no time at all

washing up liquid, get a long bolt use a large washer thats bigger than the hole on the tca's a large 1" socket can be useful and obv the nut. put the bolt thru the bush with washer nut at the opposit end of the hole to the bush and just wind the bolt up, will pull it in.

When I replaced mine for poly's I heated the tca up with an oxy-acetylene set, the old ones then flew across the garage when hit with a hammer! To get the original style ones in you either need to make up a tool as lashed described or get a friendly garage to use thier hydraulic press. Plenty of lube (I've always found fairy liquid best) is the key to getting them in.
