Hey ste i no you have had a bit of experience with the old 1.2i and i was wondering if there is anything i can do to it so it has a bit more go. I dont think i can afford the insurance on a bigger engine. I have heard about de-cating it but what will that invole? All help appreciated!

forget it mate if u want a bit more GO the do what Ste did and drop a valver in it!!!!

its quite hard/expensive try'n to get decent power out ov a 1.2 ( the ? that u would spend could pay 4 a 2.0 converison)!!!!

One easy way to get more power is to get a Carbed 1.2!

1.2 carb system to decat the 1.2i (i have one of these i'm trying to give away)

corsa/cav airbox top with pipe fitted and cossie cone

lol as for me dropping the 16v in for more go thats's not right i only bought the 1.2i cause it had good bodywork i had allready got the 16v engine so it made no difference what i bought :p

lol just bought a g reg 1.3sr for ?100 :p
