solid green is not there though and if i need to wire a new one up to the coil where do i put the new wire at the plug end?
To pin number 7 on the plug.

Just run a wire from the coil to the spade terminal at the back of the dash saves cutting the loom.

the wire goes in the slot above the white wire in the plug in your pic, least thats where mine was.
make sure this doesnt short with the white wire (lights up the high beam light on the dash) as it will short the coil and you wont get it to start (ask me how i know lol )
