There's 4 bolts at the front, and possibly a clip at the back of the runner to stop it from pulling off the back. Remove all those and it'll come off easily.

aye .i thought there was a clip or something from memory so "slide back and lift off" wouldnt b right then...........ha ha

theres only 2 bolts on mine............theyre sri seats if thats any different with the lugs just going to the front

but you do pull them back the way then?

as i said i was in a rush and thers aloda stuff piled up inside the car(project) so i was wanting 2 get it all cleared out while theres a bit of mid week motivation in me..............before the usual mad weekend starts again

thanx

yep like said theer are 2 or 4 13mm bolts on the front depending on the model to start with an then a clip on the runner itself. If the seats have been out before then this clip may not exists lol

lol That's the way to do it, get it done while the motivation is high. Not had any experience with SR seats, there's two clamps over the subframe on mine (2 bolts each). You'll probably find a clip through the back of the runner that can just be pushed out allowing the seat to be removed off the rear of it.
