throttle cable....

My throttle cable snaped the other day cos it was the original single cable on a twin carb setup. Can i get a stronger cable without having to put the twin cable setup on cos i jst dont wanna drill the bulk head and weld the pedal nall ye know.
Had some fun bringin the car home with a wire cummin from under the bonnet and my hand out the window pulling the cable to keep the revs up lol

My twin cable linkage is fine with one cable.
What kind of cable was it? Something you made up? Or a proper one?

The GM throttle cables can be made to fit, and are quite strong.

think it was an original 1.2 cablle or sumtin, propably just my bad look den. Cheers man !
