1300 crank and rods in a 1200 bottom end = 1400cc lol

then 1300 inlet and 1.4 carb , 1400 cam and then fit your exhaust

should make a nice 1200 lol

So can i just get a 1400 bottom end and use my 1200 head with a 1300inlet and 14 cam + carb?

Use a 1300 head, 1200 one pushes CR up too high.
