Ive seen it done loads of times before so how hard is it to do??? What changes have to be made to make all of the wiring work??

You need to get a complete dash including all heater parts and the matrix surround. Then just cut the wires and solder the new ones in for the controls.

It's well easy - 2 1/2 hours
