Forgot you sell them, how much for a set of braided flexi lines to fit the above? (just the short ones for each corner).

you can buy upto 6 metre lengths of braided brake hose from rally design for around ?3.50 per meter, then all you need to do is source all the end pieces

Yup the Goodridge braided hose kit is very good.

Also getting all the pipe and fittings from Rally Design costs around ?70 if you are putting the breaklines inside the car.

Which fittings would I need and roughly how much piping to replace all of the brake lines then? My reason for wanting just the flexi lines is the budget, but if they are actually around ?70 vs the ?46 (inc vat+del) for the kit I may aswell do that.

The ?70 is on top of that kit.
But in a nutshell its 5mtrs of pipe 3 bulkhead fittings, three 90 degree's, 3 straights, one T-Piece & 3 main/male connectors. There are small variations on that.

Part numbers - Just for the inside of the car
3xRD1533 - M10x M10 Male - Male
1xRD1547 - T Piece M10 x1.0 Female
4xRD1511 - Female concave seat M10x1
5xRDPIPE - Euroquip 600 hose
2xRD1550 - 90 Elbow Female C/Cave M10x1
3xRD1541 - M10xM10 Male/Male

That will get you the lines inside the car with two fittings poking out of the rear and one in the front out to the engine bay. From here you can use solid pipe. However if you want to have braided hose to the master cylinder then just add two more RD1550, you will have enough pipe left over for this.

That lot cost me ?60.70+VAT+Delivery. Don't order any of this stuff unless you know and understand exactly how and where every part is used.

So to bring the lines inside the car and replace the rubber flexi's you would need the Goodridge kit, that lot and some solid hoses made up. Or you could workout what fittings you would need and replace all the break pipes in the car. But I will leave that up to you.

4 short braided lines would be ?60 + post

Thanks for the info Dar but that takes it over budget if the price is on top of the flexi line kit - I've just spent over ?100 on 4 new wheelbearings, new drums, shoes, TCA bushes etc, still to source rear beam and tie rod bushes then I can think about new suspension lol.

Tom is not a company, he's a really good bloke who will help anyone if he can.I have found him to be honest, reliable and trustworthy, it just so happens that his hobby/passion lends itself to selling some of the items that people on this site may wish to purchase.
Tom drives a truck during the week and spends up to 15 hrs a day in his workshop at home.He is actually quite a sad person, in that he eats, sleeps, lives car's and has recently got into the Nova
