right daewoo are vauxhalls right? they brought out a mk2 astra 20 years after vauxhall did! anyway are the engines and boxs the same? they look the same iirc, they do a 1.5 8v mpi, would they be any gud?!

the engine is based largely on the vaux one iirc, but like most manufacurers they will have made their own little changes...

The 8valves are the same, inlets sometime differ tho. The 16valves have the same bottom ends and gearboxes but the heads arent the same as vauxs.
this might be a load of s##t but a freind told me to fit a daewoo inlet to my x14xe nova,good advice or idiot?

juust like mk2 cav 1600 inner cv's are used on the disel daewoo's

has been done in south africa with the 1.6 16v engines, the problem with them is the inlet and the daewoo ones have a shorter tract and are less resrtictive, not sure whats required to fit though
could save agro and buy a mantzel but the challenge is intresing...
