i have a diy single wiper and up until the last few weeks it has been extreamly successful but since then it seams to park in a different position every time it is on someone told me that it was the relay does any1 know wot it is????????

are you doing ti with a dry window? Sometimes it dont go back in the exact spot when ur window is dry and the rubber is dragging!

The thing that causes this is the small arm thats attached to the motor spindle is slipping. This is probably due to the nut that holds it on coming a little bit loose. It's a bugger to tighten up!! But that's all that'll cause your symptoms.
