Im having problems with the idle on my xe, it is ok wen driving normal but when you begin to drive it hard or just plant the throttle its as if it makes the icv have a dicky fit and when you back off the revs will drop off to 2k rpm then hold there for a second or 2 then slowly return to tickover, when you do plant it you can tell the icv must be playing up because you can feel it goin flat then back on song and **** like that??
This seems worse when its been raining/wet outside, ive tried a few icvs on it but just seems to be the same ive also done the breather mod on the rocker baffle plate, would this make a difference to it??
Would it be a dodgy throttle position sensor thats causing it or something, maybe telling the ecu false things??
