what i want to know is, where would you place a swirl pot? Before OR after the fuel pump? Or doesnt it matter?

All std injection tanks have a swirl pot built it.

Unless your using a carb tank for some reason.

i will be using a carb tank, as ive fitted one to the nova about 6 months and its brand new, so id rather not waste it

Ahh right.

Yeh you want the pot before the pump so the pump has a small reserve of fuel to pump from. After the pump would mean the pump would get starved of fuel when cornering hard etc.

ive also been told that ill need a low pressure pump to fill the swirl pot and a normal pump to fuel the engine :S
