Depends, you can use white spirit I think, not 100% sure what it'll do to the paint work under it, but should work!

U can use cellulose thinners, but carfull rubbin it around, cuz it will take ur paint off aswell. But if it's on ur paintwork, there is nothin u can use that won't affect the paint as far as I know.

Hot water sometimes helps!
And I think there's a product from Loctite specific for that.

if you use white sprit it shouldn't harm the paint work if you use it spareingly i used it to get underseal off the wing

white spirit WILL MAKE THE PAINTWORK GO DULL SO JUST T-CUTIT AFTER THAT TO REMOVER THE OXIDISED PAINT AND IT WILL B OK =]

wateva u can find, use, thats wat i say!! my nova has a 3 litre golf VR6 engine in it, i put it in last week. it rips up the street like nothing on this earth.!! i mite just put a bit of nitrous oxide in it, to see how fast it can reallly go. !!! laterz

dosnt superglue actually bond stuff by chemically attacking the surfaces?
if it does then your paint should be fucked. couldnt say for sure though

Yes superglue does chemically bond itself. That's y I said to use cellulose thinners then T-Cut. But u'v gotta ask the question. Does the clear superglue look so bad anyway?
