im wondering what colour to do my nova, i am wondering how to find out what the code or name of the colour in my head is. basicaly its a bright minty turquoise colour but i cant find any cars with this colour to get the codes off. i dont want it too bright that it sticks out like a sore thumb and i dont want it too light as i dont want it to look "cruizer" ish.

this is what im thinking of but a colour thats slightly greener would be ideal.

if anyone could either post a pic of a nova or any other car in this sort of colour it would help me out a lot

Rexy should be able to tell you the exact colour.

goto your local motor factors, they have no probs letting you look at colour charts, although it does take some time.
Most places can mix up colour coded areosols, so you could take a few of the colours in the charts home in areosols and sample them.

In fact, your def have alot more choice than just picking a colour code and using it, at least you could try different shades and so on, instead of someone suggesting a colour, and you go and buy it.
When you choose which colour you like, the paint shop can mix it a lighter/darker tint and so on.

I would recommend when looking thru the colour charts, that you just ask to see older paints like 70s/80s fords and other same year colours, as their was some really funky paint back in the retro days.
