Quick Rack!

Right well im just about to fit a new quick rack but when i got the parts its just the internals.
how do you split a standard rack as it doesnt look like an unbolt sort of job?:confused:

Yes just follow the haynes manual. you may have problems removing one of the bearings, if so its easier just to get a new one and fit it.
