*NEW* NOVA GTE to the club :)

had my new nova GTE today

bit of history on it the car has done 27,000 miles from new, in as bran new condition, few miner bits and bobs need doing nothing major or more than 10mins work, its been in a garage 3/4 of its life, and the man who owned it before was 73 and inbetween the last 2 m.o.t's he had done 800 mile :eek:

well i got the car for a stupid price but a extreamly amazing deal at the price of ?500 from my ladies uncles mates garage - its got every peice of paper work to anything that been done and every mot and tax disk from 1990. and still has the original back box on from manufactor so i been told - all the work part from on or two has been done at vauxhall garages, its got original wheel trims from when it was made, no rips or stains on the seats, original casset player and speakers work like new, 4 bran new tyres, original code card for the sterio, all broucers from when they guy was considering buying the nova, the perfomance book, all books, service booklet, best part is theres no rust in the boot, iner archs, battery tray, body, well ANYWHERE LOL and it has been wax oiled underneath every 6 month :thumb:

Once again you lucky fella, what are your plans for it, keep it that way and your sure tobe sitting on a money pot as you just cant find them that way anymore unless it was an xr2 or pug 205 etc (Not nova gte) trust me i knowlol

i think alloys were an option, but all my gte's all happen to be the hub cap versions.

i just want change the the indicators and clocks - but i have orderd like coilovers, breaks, alloy fuel tank, and building a c20let up for later in its life, but everything i will do will be so i can put it back right if i need to -

okay i cnt decide to weather completely take the motor off the road and do the bits and bobs and keep it 100% mint and store it for years to come and use it once a month and for shows

if you have the cash and space do that, and go buy a ****er, if not just do the bits that needs doing and use it

Very nice find by the way, however its just a Nova at the end of the day and its yours. So I say do what you want with it.
