Heard alot of good reports on rose jointed TCA's. First off, the nova will not be a serious track or compeiton yoke. So i won't be too intrested in adjusting toe in's or out's for wet/dry surface.
I beleive i have read here about the actual rose joint having a great effect because of the better movment, and allowing one side or the car to roll while keeping the other side firmly seated to the road, better than the usual nova TCA setup, which does the same thing but not as well.

I will be intending on a gd suspension setup probaly go for the bilstein yellow cups. So will rose jointing the tca's be of a great help? Simply for movement rather than camber which would be easily adjusted with adjustable top mounts, which i don't want to bother with anyhow.
The scene over here for rose jointing tca's, radius arms, five links on rally cars, is usally go and get someone to make up the rose joints, which is abit ackward for me since i would have to travel far.
Can anyone direct me to anywhere online for ready made rose jointed TCAs?
Also let here anyones experience with converting the tca's to the mentioned mod. Cheers lads

for non track use its a waste of time and money imho... the ride will be harsh, the joints will wera out fairly rapidly if used daily etc...

well the car won't be used daily. So tca's rod ends with a yellow cup damper set is'nt worthwhile then? Thanks for your advice.

yellow cups, YES :) well worth it.
Spherical bearinged suspension for non track use etc... not really worth it. Just get good poly bushes and a decent geo setup

as Stuart has said, not required and overkill for the road. Some people dont like to stiffness and noise from going to uprated bushes so using rose joints is going to be even worse. And they will need replacing on a reqular basis.

Thanks all for the advice. Spend my money on something else then. BTW i've been off novaload for a long time now, did the project Nova rwd with the rover V8 and volvo rear diff ever been completed? Not sure what the user's name is.

ummm, i've got some rose-joint tca's but there sat in my garage awaiting fitting, so i can't tell you what there like.

when you say there need replacing on a regular basis, how often?

Depends how much you drive it Ash! Youll know when they go as they knock like a biatch!

If you want it super stiff, you can go for Nylon bushes, which also wear out faster than polys, but are cheaper than rose joints.

If your still taken with rose joints, have a look at Lee He****ys WIP thread on PVG or Mig. (his user name is Lee303) and he will also fabricate you a kit i believe. But IMO, this is a track only mod, if its a road car, dont bother as previously stated!

yea, i've been following that WIP, they do look the biz. I was hoping to use the car on the road a bit... umm might have some R/J TCA's for sell...
