need help!!

some silly cow went into the back of my gsi on friday, and she wants to go thru insurance,theres small amout of damage but my dad suspects my car mite be a write off coz inside the boot the weld line has split about 20cms long and the bar underneath the back bumper is dented in, if they class it as a write off, and i get it re welded and the bar sorted out wat r the chances they will allow it back on the road?

no you have to take it to your nearest vosa station and pay yourself :thumb:

i had something like this happen to me a little while ago, but i decided to bite the bullet and pay for the damage myself even tho it was the other driver at fault. i tiold the insurance company that i diddnt want to make a claim because the damage was minimal and because he admited it was his fault, he could only claim from his insurance. So no one botherd me and i still have my car :) (did cost me a few quid tho)
