Ok, tomorrow i will be welding the mount in place, and just doing a trial fit of the engine so here it is so far.

Problems encountered that need clearing up are:

My F28 is super super close to chassis, so I will just take a little bit off of the lip here:

Also, the mount sits very high up:

So im considering drilling a new hole for the rubber underneath the bottom hole, and the existing bottom hole will become the new top hole, so it will sit more like this:

This way i will be able to get a better weld, and should make it stronger:

The rubber is extremely tight, so im going to grind the metal face off of the mount to cure this.

PS: Is this right the way Im lowering the tie bars:

Front block dimensions are 90mmx30mmx35mm (L x W x H)

Rear blocks dimensions are 70mmx30mmx35mm

And obviously welded a plate to the underside of the track control arms to beef them up a bit:

Thanks for any comments etc Paul

i took a few mm off my rubber mount as it was also hitting the chassis leg! id deffo move the mount down as you have shown does you f28 have to sit that high up? i have a nice gap between the box and the chassis leg seam?
