Golf MK2 rear calipers seem to be one of the most popular conversions,just out of interest why are you thinking of converting to discs on the back?,if you think its going to improve braking dont bother,i've seen many people convert to discs on the back for rallying then revert back to drums as the cars are that light on the rear end that they dont need discs and also its hard to get a decent consistent handbrake.

and your brake bias will never be spot on
for a difference try bigger drums off a golf gti thats wat i have with 16V on the front and the peddle is perfect for stopping the car
