Just becuase its taxed it doesnt necessarily mean its still on the road you know. My Nova came off road in Sept yet i didnt SORN it until December. My Cav has been off road since March and gets scrapped today yet its still taxed.

If it is, then it is the one owned by the tow rag who stole my windscreen one night.. He wrote it off. I was not sad, even though it was a tidy car

Just to let everyone know, night rider has been pm'ing me trying to protest his innocence, I know that if the police officer who was given the case hadn't gone on holiday & actually done his job right, the case would have been closed very quickly. The biggest mistake I made was calling them out.......

he actually broke it getting it out & had a massive halfords sunstrip stuck on the outside to hide the crack until he'd got a legit replacement.. He's still denying it

Fact. The car I had on my drive was filthy, and someone had glued the tax disc holder on. the car on your drive 2 days later also had a filthy screen & what was left of my tax disc.
Fact, the crack was a straight vertical one that came from the top, which was badly covered by a sunstrip on the outside!!!!!!!! so the wipers actually went over it.
Fact, The screen was cracked during removal when it was dark & still got stolen. If I took a screen from a car & broke it, I wouldn't then carry it up the road & if you have no screen in your car, even one with a crack means you can still drive it around
Fact, at no point was I jealous of your car, I appreciated how clean it was, but I have never said I liked it, in fact I thought the scoop looked like a dogs fanny.
Fact, I still have my nova & know exactly where it is....except the screen
Fact, we both know the police never took it seriously but we also know where it went.

As I have already said to you , I would accept an apology & admission
