Vauxhall engines?

Anyone know any good sources of information on the vauxhall 8v 1800 engines, like what oversize pistons are available, what CR they can take for a given duration and lift of cam on 98 octane, that sort of thing?
Im sticking one in a mini, and I want to bore it out to around 1900cc or so, which will give it an awesome bore/stroke ratio, should rev to about 9 grand I reckon with the right cam, and make the 2.0 16v look quite tame (very different bore/stroke ratio to start with anyway you see), Im not in the least bothered about driveability, just want it to pull like fuck from 5 grand to 8 or 9 grand, if its flat as a fart up to then it isnt an isuse.
