i'm sorry it's boring but can anyone tell me if it is possible to replace on of the pins in the drivers door hinge without the need a a special flaring tool, the door on my motor drops when you open it and it seems as if the bottom pin isn't doing its job and there's a little bit of rust come out of it. i remember a mention of corsa pins being a better replacement or something, elaborate..

I got mk2 jobbies, but I would also like to know if you can just bang in a replacement pin!-the theories sound,I think the bottom pin in my drivers door has gone u see,but the doors fairly tidy,so I want to bang a couple of new pins in for now,and worry bout having it sorted in a couple of months when I dont need to worry about so many little wanky things like insurance, tyres, ice etc

clear repeaters, lowered and more performance in the pipe line :)
