Cav clocks problems!

I recentley fitted some clocks into my nova out of a cavalier, they were ok for a couple of days but then kept draining the battery and eventually the battery just went totally dead, have i wired them up wrong or could there just be a fault with the clocks themselves? any help would be much appreciated:thumb:

more than likely wired up wrong if its the clocks, or there might be a live touching the bodywork behind the dash
