i took my pads off the other day while givin my car a service, and noticed that on both sides the one pad had worn quite abit and the other pad was still quite thick. not sure if it was the inside or outside pad but wat do u reckon caused this, ie worn hub:-/ etc.

It'll be the slider-sleeves that are seized up.....mine have done this with un-even pad wear and fitting new sleeves sorted it.

You need a fitting kit which is only about ?10 from Halfords for each side of the car.

At worst, you may also have to strip the calliper too to re-new the piston seal-ring.
I had the near-side piston sticking and it caused the break at that side to be one all the time....HOT WHEEL was the result!
