how do u get this out of the wing ??, do u just pull it or twist it ??, i cant seem to get it to budge, i need info a.s.ap as my MOT is v.soon!!!!

if it is the standard round ones you just twist until the holes line up with the clips and they just come out

so just give them a half turn and pull and they should come out

u can just cut back the clips aswell, but make sure you dont lose the wires in the wing!
