Basically on me 93 Nova when the nearside gets wet and I then leave the car parked overnight or at work for the day then it gets stuck on. Not much a quick forward and backwards or a few extra revs and I get the reassuring clunk that its then come off. Then though for the next few minutes when I break I get an odd sounding bbuurring noise from the rear.

So what is this buring noise and how can I stop the handbrake from sticking? Is it an overhaul and a few new parts or something else.

Sounds like when my cylinder went & dumped fluid inside my drums. Lock ups galore!
