I have fitted SR seats up front, they go straight in.
The back seats need some sewing machine skills though as the bottom part of the seat is a different shape (foam, one piece with curved corners as opposed to the SRs 2 part, tin bottomed, square jobbies).

My solution was to take the material off the Sr seats, unpick the panels that touch and sew them together. I also had to hem in (i think thats the right word) the corners which are square to curved ones. This makes a seat cover to cover the orignal cushion which stays in place.

As for the door cards, the 3 door ones cannot be modified to fit (too different a shape). I've kept with the standard grey ones as these are a fairly neutral colour.

These could be SRi seats, not sure what they came out of though as I met up with the bloke halfway to buy them. The red does look ok with the rest of the car, its just a standard looking metallic gumetal grey 5 door with red pinstripes and bumper stripes. No kit or anything, just 14 inch steelies!lol
A re trim from lengths of fabric is very difficult as you need to un pick a seat to make the pattern. A job best left to the pros! My method was the most cost effective/time effective yet still fairly subtle and unusual in a 5 door.
