loudest?

which gives the loudest induction roar? (this is on a 1.6i GTE lump)

foam filter or a K&N type filter? the filter will be going on the end of sum samco hose and placed directly behind the grill to growl away...

can u notice the difference in sound between the two types? common sense tells me the foam one should be fractionally louder, but i thought i'd ask u guys ;)
