Buy the new jet(s)
Unscrew the old ones, fit the new ones.

5second job, v. easy.
Altho depending on which jets you need to buy it can get expensive.

Have a look on fastroadcars, eurocarb on ebay for an idea on jet/choke/pump prices.

cool, it from a vauxhall 1.8 32/34 dtml
what size jets would i need for a 1.4?
and are there any other mods i need to fit this to a 1300 inlet?

It needs a metal adaptor plate, and a small bracket for the throttle cable
to fit to a 1.3 inlet.

I dont know what jets you would need, maybe try asking someone with a 32/34 on a nova.. and go from there.

Look for ones to a 32/34DTML weber.

As for the exact ones you need, a RR session is the best way to find that out...

my bro had his pinto set up on a rr, and was running 128bhp, but when they put it into 4th and 5th it lost power dramatically. the tuner, fitted all new jets and ended up with 120bhp across the gears...

i would definately save up and get it set up and jetted perfectly, the difference it makes now is awesome.

thats not bad, could it be done in a local mot centre like on a crypton machine?

They can set up the idle speed and mix.
But ideally it needs to be done on a rolling road where the operator can put load on the engine etc

Nope.
They will flood it.

You will have to look at the pump and idle jets too.

Altho im not 100% sure on the amount of jets 32/34s have.
